Well one day it just popped in my head.<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/bewellbeswell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/drip-339938_1280.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-2673\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/bewellbeswell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/drip-339938_1280-300x199.jpg?resize=300%2C199\" alt=\"drip-339938_1280\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><!--more--> It has always been a constant struggle to achieve balance in life. We try to control the outcomes of situations and circumstances instead of going with the flow. However, in order to get to a place of balance it is something that must be done intentionally.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As a caregiver, you can wear many hats and it\u2019s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day and the unexpected. Take note, I\u2019m not exclusively defined by this role. I truly believe that you can still actively pursue the desires and dreams of your life. Life can be filled with joy, peace and lots of love even among the tons of challenges that may arise. I simply wanted to chronicle my journey on the road to wellness and the things I\u2019ve learned along the way.\u00a0 As I began to seek my purpose Be Well Be Swell Was Born.<\/p>\n<p>The tag line is simply summarizes the process: <span style=\"color: #008000;\">Living Well | Feeling Well | Doing Well | Being Well<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0Strive to <em><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Live Well.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8211; and &#8211;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">If you are <em><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Living Well<\/span>, y<\/em>ou will <em><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Feel Well;<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">If you are <em><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Feeling Well<\/span>,<\/em> you will <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><em>Do Well;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">If you are <em>Doing Well<\/em>, you will <em><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Be Well<\/span>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">And well isn&#8217;t all of that just <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><em>Swell<\/em><\/span>? I think so!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Be Well Be Swell is more of lifestyle and\/or a way of being. I\u2019m striving to ascend to this joyful level of existence to be at peace and centered no matter what\u2019s going on in life.
